 iative\, I3 instrument\, S3 partnerships– through which to translate the
  potential of territorial development into innovative and competitive regi
 onal strategies\, in line with EU priorities. The discussion moderated by 
 ANSA will include representatives from the European Commission and regiona
 l realities from Italy and Belgium\, who will share their concrete experie
 nces with the audience. The exchange between the speakers and the audience
  will continue during the aperitif offered by the Chamber at the conclusio
