Chiara Cavallera is a consultant at APCO, where she works on sustainability, energy and industry.
She is a European energy and climate policy professional, with experience in analysing regulatory frameworks, engaging with stakeholders and monitoring European legislative processes. Before joining APCO, she worked at the European Roundtable on Climate Change and Sustainable Transition (ERCST), where she followed workstreams on carbon management, sustainable fuels and hydrogen.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to European and international projects, co-authored reports, policy briefs and commentaries, and organised events, consultations and exchanges with institutions, industry representatives and policymakers. She has also gained experience in public affairs and EU policy analysis at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, Alber & Geiger and the European Energy Forum.

She graduated with honours in International Relations – European Studies from the University of Turin.
