Who it is for
IMES is designed for:
- undergraduates and recent graduates interested in directing their professional path towards the international context
- young professionals who wish to acquire practical skills in European funding and project management
- consultants, freelancers and professionals working with public bodies, companies, NGOs or international organisations
- staff of local authorities, associations, universities, chambers of commerce and third-sector organisations
Thanks to the modular structure and practical approach, IMES allows participants to build a training path consistent with one's professional objectives and one's level of experience, allowing everyone to update their profile integrating digital tools and AI in the processes of euro-projecting, consulting, project management and development of European partnerships.
The programme
IMES is structured into four modules independent and combinable, designed to offer a flexible and adaptable path to different professional objectives. The path combines institutional foundations, funding programmes, euro-projecting tools, AI applications and networking activities in Brussels.
At Module 1, the basis of the training path, one or more in-depth modules can be added, combined into customised packages. The Module 2 will delve into the main EU funding programmes, keeping a close eye on possible developments in the Multiannual Financial Framework 2028-2034. The Module 3 is entirely dedicated to the use of Artificial Intelligence in writing, reviewing and managing European projects. The Module 4 offers the opportunity to personally engage with strategic actors who daily write, implement and evaluate projects in Brussels.
At the end of each module, practical exercises, simulations or project work are planned to assess the skills acquired.
Recognition
Participants who successfully pass the final assessments of the skills acquired will also receive the Executive Master Diploma – European Studies and EU Project Design Techniques.
The Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce issues the Certificate of Attendance – Executive Master in European Studies and EU Project Design Techniques to participants who attend at least 80% of the scheduled training activities.
IMES is a programme focused on the development of practical and professional skills in the fields of European affairs, EU project design and management, and international networking. The Master does not award university credits.
