Presentation
Held for the first time in May 2023, the course «Court of Justice of the European Union» explored the role of the CJEU, the body that ensures the interpretation and application of European law in the Member States. The initiative, organised by the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with ADU and the Sicilian Jurists Association (A.GIU.S), involved judges, lawyers, and legal experts from Italy and Belgium.
