Hospitality and services for selected buyers

Selected buyers will benefit from a dedicated hospitality package, the programme includes:

• Accommodation in hotel: three nights in a hotel, with breakfast included for one person.

• Contribution for travel expenses: flat-rate reimbursement up to a maximum of €200, paid via bank transfer after the conclusion of the fair.

• Airport transfers: organised transfers between Bologna or Rimini airports and the hotel and vice versa.

• Daily transport: shuttle service from the hotel to the fair and vice versa.

• Interpretation service: language assistance for buyers who do not speak Italian or English fluently.

• Exclusive services at the exposition: free entry to the event, access to the Buyers Lounge  and light buffet lunch.

• B2B meetings: 10 business meetings for each buyer with the exhibiting companies, organised through a dedicated matchmaking platform.
