Take part in WHAT KEEPS YOUNG PEOPLE LEARNING? A Youth Learning Lab on engagement, skills and opportunities and discover the future of education!

The final conference of the project Co.De. organized by our Member European Digital Learning Networks ETS DLEARN will take place on Wednesday 14 October 2026 at the Conference Room of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Belgium in Rue de la Loi 26, 1000, Brussels, on the 6th floor. 

The aim of the project is to combat early school leaving through the adoption of innovative educational methods and a greater focus on the needs of students. The conference is set within the context of an event dedicated to exploring the challenges related to education, during which good practices, initiatives, and the most effective approaches to stimulate young minds will be discussed. 

The conference is aimed at teachers, students, and anyone interested in the topic of education. On this occasion, some of the innovative approaches of the Co.DE. project will be presented in an interactive way, and there will be a moment for discussion with questions and a brief debate.

The programme

9:00 – 9:30 | Welcome Breakfast. Registration of participants, welcome breakfast and informal networking.

9:30 – 9:45 | Real opportunities for young people in Brussels and in Europe. An introduction by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Belgium, providing an overview of the opportunities for mobility, training, work placements and professional development available to young people in Brussels and across Europe.

9:45 – 10:15 | Co.De.: Challenge, Learning Snacks, Moodle Platform and tools. Presentation of the Co.De. project, the challenges it aims to tackle, and the innovative tools developed to make learning more accessible and engaging. Introduction to Learning Snacks, the Moodle platform, and the educational resources of the project.

10:15 – 10:30 | Coffee Break. Coffee break and networking opportunities among participants.

10:30 – 11:00 | Co.De.: From One Tool to a Toolbox. Session dedicated to in-depth exploration and practical experimentation of the tools developed within the Co.De. project, with particular attention to their applications to promote more dynamic, flexible, and participatory learning.

11:00 – 11:20 | Young Voices: What Made the Difference for Me? Speech by a representative of Stand Up for Europe, who will share concrete experiences and good practices to engage and keep young people active in European initiatives. Through examples such as the July for Democracy campaign, interactive and participatory approaches will be presented to stimulate young people's interest, active citizenship, and their involvement in European democratic processes.
