Miia Rossi-Gray is a Team Leader at the European Commission.
She has worked for many years in the European institutions, where she has held several roles related to social policy, the collaborative economy, European programming and programme management. Before taking up her current role, she was a Policy Officer for social economy and collaborative economy, as well as Programme Manager for Finland in the area of European employment policies and European funds.

Throughout her career at the European Commission and the Research Executive Agency, she has worked on the monitoring and assessment of European and national policies, programme management, legal and administrative aspects of research contracts, and strategic planning. She has also gained experience in the European foundations sector at the European Foundation Centre, where she dealt with legal affairs and the coordination of international events.
