John Baptist Onama is a lecturer, trainer and consultant specialising in Human Development Studies and Intercultural Mediation Methodology.
He is a visiting lecturer at IUSVE – Istituto Universitario Salesiano Venezia, where he teaches and leads workshops on topics such as EU project cycle management, international development cooperation, prevention, protection and inclusion methodologies in social welfare systems, educational intervention in intercultural contexts, and intercultural pedagogy.

He has extensive experience in education, training and project development, with expertise in public speaking, international relations, project management and training methodologies. His work focuses in particular on social inclusion processes, intercultural mediation and the development of educational skills in multicultural contexts.
