What is it about?

The XRinVET project aims to improve the attractiveness and quality of Vocational Education and Training (VET) through the use of immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR).

Through advanced digital methodologies, such as simulating real scenarios in virtual environments, the project intends to provide students with an effective, engaging, and safe learning experience, thereby enhancing their employment prospects and supporting the modernization of VET systems in Europe.

What is the objective?

The objective is to respond to the challenges posed by the digital transition and to bridge the gap between the skills demanded by the labor market and those offered in training pathways.

What is the role of the Chamber of Commerce?

The Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce, a partner of the XRinVET project, facilitates the integration of VET students into the labor market, adapting the project’s content and tools to meet business needs. Thanks to its network of companies, it provides strategic guidance to align VET skills with those required by the market, helping to reduce employment mismatches. Additionally, it promotes the project results and the adoption of immersive technologies within its European network.
