The event

On the occasion of the Italian Cuisine Week in the World, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Belgium promotes an event dedicated to one of the most famous Italian desserts of all time: the Tiramisu.

Within the framework of the theme “Italian cuisine UNESCO heritage: territories and excellence supply chains”, the initiative develops around the title “Tiramisu as an ambassador of Italian taste in the world”, with the aim of enhancing this product as a vehicle for promoting Made in Italy, the culture of conviviality and the attractiveness of Italian territories to the Belgian and international public.

Through an experience that combines gastronomic culture, territorial promotion and business relations, the event fits into a broader strategy of enhancing Italian food diplomacy involving institutions, representatives of the Italian System, operators in the food & tourism sectors, media and members of the international business community present in Brussels.

The evening will also be an opportunity to officially present the preview of the Tiramisù World Cup Brussels 2027, scheduled in Brussels in the April 2027. A preview of an initiative aimed at promoting Italian gastronomic excellence and consolidating Brussels' role as a meeting point between cultures, traditions, and collaboration opportunities.
